Return Policy

  • Please inspect each item thoroughly upon receipt of shipment. Only returns for manufacture defects will be acknowledged.
  • Please email : for the manufacture defect item within 3 business days of your receipt of the product with invoice number. We don't accept defect claim requests after the 3 days period. Please include your business name, your name, invoice number, item style number and the reason for return.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them. All tags must still be attached and unaltered and be in their original packaging. No used items will be accepted.
  • All returns received by PJEE Handbags without a return authorization will not be accepted. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
  • For any returned packages with failed multiple delivery attempts, i.e., insufficient address information, or refusal of delivery, will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase excluding original shipping cost and return shipping cost including 25% restocking fee.
  • Any refused shipments sent back to PJEE Handbags does not constitute the right to a refund or a credit.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 7 business days. Final approval of any return is based upon receipt and inspection done by PJEE Handbags.
  • We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS.
  • All sales are final on promotional, sales (including closeouts), and special ordered items.
